Tim Duncan	Attended CDR Dan Shaffer's December change of command ceremony in Norfolk, joined by Jim Grandfield. Dan and I were in Newport RI in 1986 while I attended SWOS and he taught English at NAPS prior to Nuclear Power School. His next stop: CHENG, USS Enterprise (CVN 65).
